We always try to get things right the first time but appreciate that this doesn't always happen. As a first step, it is often best to contact the person who dealt with you. They will know most about the matter and it may be possible to rectify the problem straight away.
If you are not satisfied with our first response please contact the Compliance & Property Manager, Annelise Phelan via email complaints@nguhomes.co.uk to submit a formal complaint. Please also refer to our Company Complaints procedure for more information on the timescales and steps for this process.
When we get it right
We would also like to know if you are pleased with us. Our team take pride in their work, so it means a lot to us when someone tells us that we got it right. This helps us to find out which parts of our service work well.
